Roger Ebert Loves New Vegan Film.

Perhaps the most famous film critic of all-time, Roger Ebert, has given a big thumbs up to an indie documentary about veganism called Forks Over Knives.
Forks Over Knives documents one film makers’ journey to save his own life by going vegan for 6 months. Think of it as the vegan version of Morgan Spurlock’s Supersize Me! Not only did Ebert love the film but he goes on a multi-paragraph rant about how everyone should be vegetarian which includes this wisdom:
What every human being should do is eat a vegetarian diet based on whole foods. Period. Animal protein is bad for you. Dairy is bad for you. Forget the ads: milk and egg are bad for you. Skim milk is no better, because it contains proportionately more animal protein.
Ebert is on a roll. He loves the movie for how it portrays vegetarianism as truly a life or death issue for humans. He was blown away by all the positive health effects that plant-based diets can have on your body and how a vegan diet is better than any pharmaceutical science can create.
Great review of a great movie.
