Neo-Nazis Target Propagandhi.

Canadian punk band Propagandhi have made a name for themselves by being a great band with a political tilt. Their music has taken on issues of animal rights, sexism, and gay rights making them a much loved band around the world but also making them targets for hate groups like the neo-Nazis.

Neo-Nazi groups are organizing online an effort to disrupt a string of Propagandhi shows in Australia later this month. The agitators are using neo-Nazi message forums like Stormfront to organize demonstrations and speak out against the band. In support of a tour takeover one post reads:

It’s bad enough we have to tolerate boatloads of illegal immigrants leeching off of us let alone music being allowed to tour here ridiculing us and supporting homosexuality…These homos are from Canada and it figures they come up with this sort of rubbish since Canada is up there with the most politically correct nations in the book!

Propagandhi have not responded yet and it’s hard to tell if the threats are valid or just a bunch of bald 16-year old racists running their mouths online. Check out Propagandhi’s new album here and if you are in Australia you can catch their tour May 18- 29.
