7 Tons of E. Coli Beef Recalled.

Seven tons of beef supplied by Creekstone Farms has been recalled for e. coli contamination. The recall comes days after the USDA admits their e. coli testing is severely flawed.
In this case, the USDA was actually who caught the contamination which means the e. coli must have been rampant seeing as the USDA only tests 60 samples in every 2,000 pounds of beef.
At the time of publishing, Creekstone’s website makes no mention of the recall but does say they supply “many of the nation’s top grocers and restaurants.” The tainted beef has been shipped from Kansas to locations all over the country even as far as Washington State.
The USDA has warned that the e. coli tainted beef can cause ”serious adverse health effects and even death.”
