National chicken chain, Popeye’s, is running a limited time deal on fried chicken pieces shaped like spoons.

Popeye’s “Dip’n Chick’n” scoops are spoon shaped pieces of fried chicken specially designed as a vehicle for sauce. The scoop shaped chicken allows users to eat a grotesque amount of sauce with every bite. Gone are the days of dipping fried meats and only getting a slather, now you can use them as edible shovels to help ingest mass quantities of ranch dressing.

For only $3.99, you get 10 pieces of scoop chicken, a biscuit, and a mini-tub of ranch sauce. The whole extravaganza is said to be about 1,260 calories, just below what a person should have over an entire day.

Think of all the sauce that could be consumed if all 10 billion chickens Americans will eat this year were turned into edible fried spoons.
